You are entitled to workers compensation for all different types of work injury. The following examples are all injuries which are caused by work and can be claimed for:
- Aggravation of an old injury. If you hurt your back a few years ago and now you have pain in the same place or nearby then you can receive workers compensation.
- Gradual onset of injury. If you begin feeling discomfort in your shoulder and the pain becomes worse over a couple of months then you can receive workers compensation.
- Exacerbate an injury. If you injure your ankle at work and then injure it again away from work you can receive workers compensation.
- Bullying. If you are bullied or treated unfairly by a co-worker, boss or customer you can receive workers compensation.
- Assault. If you are assaulted at work you can receive workers compensation.
